Do I need to create a pet profile?
addPet profiles are not required during signup. However, you should complete them before you make a booking. This facilitates the booking process as you won't have to fill them for each booking.
How does the secure payment work?
addPowered by Airwallex, we securely hold your payment and only release it to the caregiver 48 hours after a successful and completed stay. If there's an issue, your funds are protected.
